Welcome
"It is my mission to create a positive impact on the lives of everyone I work with. I dig deep, analyzing the root cause of a child's behavior, understanding the back story, and looking at the environment to create an individualized plan that leads to lasting change. I am the person who looks for the missing piece."

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
Gilda is an experienced behavior consultant with a background in counseling and school psychology. Throughout her career, she has directly assessed and supported individuals with behavioral challenges, developed and overseen the implementation of behavior programs, and collaborated with other professionals and staff members to improve treatment outcomes.
Additionally, Gilda has conducted Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), coached teachers about classroom management and behavior plan implementation, supervised registered behavior technicians (RBTs), consulted on behavioral cases, and provided group trainings on topics such as Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) and behavior plan implementation.

behaviors and injuries to both staff members and clients, and her clients went on to lead more independent and productive lives. This led her to pursue advanced certification in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and start her own business, Behavior Specialist Services, to better serve individuals and organizations nationwide.
